Paradigm Metals Ltd is a mineral exploration company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: PDM). Paradigm is targeting economic gold and base metal mineralisation at its exploration projects in the Lachlan Fold Belt of New South Wales, and the Cloncurry region of Queensland.
Paradigm signed an option agreement with Triako Resources (100% owned by CBH Resources) and Golden Cross Resources (GCR) for the right to earn up to 51% of the Yellow Mountain gold project, near Condobolin in central New South Wales. Yellow Mountain contains a number of prospective targets for disseminated epithermal style gold mineralisation which the Company plans to systematically drill test.
The Rosedale gold project is located 50km east of Newcrest's Cadia Valley operations and 18km south of the Newmont-Alkane McPhillamys gold discovery in central NSW. Paradigm has discovered oxide silver-gold mineralisation at the Kangiara project in southern NSW which it is currently evaluating.
The Company has sulphide base metal and tungsten (scheelite) JORC compliant resources in the area which it is looking to farm out.
Paradigm is continuing to explore its copper-gold prospects in the Cloncurry region. One of these projects is in a 50:50 joint venture with Exco Resources Limited.
